We have various SCs set up so for certain form completions our sales team receive alerts. These were working fine but have suddenly stopped working today despite showing in each records activity log - any ideas why this may have happened?
So the Smart Campaign is showing as processed in the lead's activity log? Can you check to see if there were any errors?
Aside from errors, the only other thing I can think of off the top of my head is your company's server is marking them as SPAM somehow. This happens from time to time when I'm sending test emails and the content is too similar. Can you check with IT?
You may want to check your SPAM folder or check with your email team that they're not blocking the email because they think it's phishing.
Has the whitelisting of Marketo IP been done?
Hi all - thanks for your help. There's no errors showing and all seems to be working as it should in the activity log. I've raised this with our IT dept. who will hopefully be able to sort this asap. I'm pretty sure the whitelisting will have been done but very strange that this has happened suddenly when the alerts have been set up for a long time and never received issues before
I ran into this same issue late last week and just opened a Support ticket to see if there is something happening on the Marketo end. I'll let you know if I am able to discover a resolution.
Thanks Natalie - support are also looking into this for me & can't find any errors their side at the moment. Must an internal issue that hopefully the IT dept will sort soon. I'll also let you know how I get on.
