    Marketing Operations Analyst (Contractor)

      BlueJeans is seeking an exceptional Marketing Operations contractor to join our growing team out of Mountain View, CA. Our ideal candidate knows how to get the most out of marketing automation systems to fuel innovative & successful marketing campaigns. You should be able to think both technically and operationally, and be very process oriented in order to help build the foundation that will drive our marketing innovation as we grow!

      Responsibilities:

      • Build out campaign components in Marketo for deployment and/or lead capture including smart lists, emails, landing pages, webinars, events, digital advertising, etc.
      • Create and manage smart lists as needed to support segmented campaigns/tactics and A/B testing
      • Create Marketo landing pages for all campaign tactics to enable proper data capture and campaign measurement
      • Standardize and upload lead data based on defined standards and best practices
      • Test and deploy emails via Marketo
      • Setup campaigns in Salesforce.com
      • Create and upload email templates for use from Salesforce.com and from Microsoft Outlook
      • Create data segmentation filters, groups, and distribution lists for campaigns and nurturing program
      • Manage multi-touch nurture campaigns

      Requirements:

      • At least 2-3 years of marketing operations experience or equivalent (i.e demand gen, marketing automations, etc.)
      • Marketo and salesforce experience is a must
      • You think operationally & technically
      • You are very process oriented – always thinking of best processes to scale
      • Ability to drive and implement marketing solutions
      • Strong team player, strong collaboration skills
      • Excellent prioritization skills. Ability to multi-task and self-motivate
      • BA/BA is Marketing or equivalent field
      • Must be onsite in Mountain View at least 90–100% of the time.
