    Website Manager

      We're looking for someone to run our website. Hoping we might find someone in the Marketo community


      Location: Mountain View, CA

      Job Responsibilities:

      The Manager of Web is responsible for developing, managing and maintaining the Gigya website and web properties. They have a strong understanding and demonstrated expertise in Wordpress, WPEnginge, website usability, architecture and development.

      Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, he/she will be responsible for the day to day management of Gigya.com, including but not limited to: blog posts, addition of content, creation and edits to Wordpress templates, website traffic etc.


      • Develop and implement front-end web code and design standards
      • Create, optimize and manage Wordpress templates, layouts and pages
      • Manage A/B website tests and translate results into insights in order to determine optimal site design, content
      • Track and analyze web site metrics and KPIs to assess website health, gain customer insights, and identify new ways to improve the site
      • Work with SEO/SEM agency to implement best practices and update keywords, META tags, etc.
      • Assist with Marketo landing page and email templates design
      • Manage and execute website requests from other departments

      Skills:Required knowledge of the following:

      • Experience with front end development - CSS, HTML, landing page and email development
      • Advanced knowledge of HTML, HTML5, DHTML, AJAX, JavaScript, CSS layout techniques, and XML RSS, PHP, SQLserver, ActionScript, Flash rich internet applications, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, mobile responsiveness
      • Knoweldge of W3C Web standards, WAI, ADA & Sections 508 and 504 compliance
      • Experience using Git
      • Working knowledge of Foundation and SASS/Compass
      • - Familiarity with responsive design principles
      • Advanced Experience with WordPress and WPEngine
      • Adobe CC: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash
      • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with acute attention to detail


      • Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced, growing organization with evolving priorities
      • Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision
      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
      • Experience delivering features on large scale, high traffic marketing websites
      • Bachelor's degree required
      • Excellent Web design and layout skills that blend visual information design with ease of use and accessibility
