We are in the process of transferring to a new engagement program structure. We currently have 3 separate engagement programs for our lead lifecycle, but we would like to consolidate that into one engagement program (streams would be based on lifecycle). We will need to move all content and all leads into their respective stream in the new engagement program. With that said, I am concerned that all leads will start back at the beginning of the new stream. If I am using the exact same emails in the new engagement program, will the lead receive that email again or skip over it? I'm stumped, so any help on this would be appreciated!
don't clone the emails as they would then be considered new emails. Just keep the emails in the program where they are and drag them into the stream of the new engagement engine. Marketo will know if the recipient has seen it before.
