Any Marketers have experience or learnings around a Sales Insight (SFDC) deployment with a test group?
My team will be partnering with Sales to identify a subset of inside / field sales users to roll out MSI with, however, I'd like to go into the testing period with some concrete hypotheses or ideas about what success looks like. Any insights from your experiences? If so, how did you measure them?
One caveat - we are just getting ramped up, and so the experience will consist of only "interesting moments" from website page views, and gated content downloads from the website. We don't have scoring, or email templates yet.
