Nurture Campaign - Emails Not Sending

Hello!

I've created a nurture campaign where the stream contains 6 emails.

The "Prospect - Email 2" should have sent today, but did not....

I can't edit the cast because I don't want members to receive the first email again.

Should I be allowing my smart list to be added to the nurture campaign every time?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Shelby,

Be patient, the dashboard may take a while to refresh

Create a smart list with the following filter:

was sent email: Prospect email 2. See if your members are there. It will mean the email was sent.

You can also create an email performance report in the nurturing program (new local asset -> report) and set it to use only the emails in your program. The number of sent emails will show more rapidly than in the dashboard.

It appears you are correct. That is very strange that the reporting is so slow. This was initiated almost 2 hours ago.

It can take up to 24 hours to update.
