Sometimes email programs glitch out on me in Chrome... I'd try Firefox for those?
Rajiv, the email also has to be local to the program, not just an approved asset in Marketo.
Dory is right, you'll need to move the individual email you'd like to use underneath the Email Program.
Yes, email is local to program. Created email program, created list, created email. Added list, now want to chose email. It doest show up in list.
Any solution? should i try in Firefox?
I think we need to create new mail during chose email.
But cant add existing email while chose email.
You don't need to create a new email. You can actually move an existing email under the email program that you'd like to use.
Right-click on an existing email in Marketing Activities, then select "Move." From there, indicate that you'd like to move it to Marketing Activities and then select the desired email program.
