The Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategy and managing the execution of marketing programs and processes that drive both the enrollment and reputation goals for a portfolio of Northeastern University D’Amore-McKim School of Business graduate programs. The Marketing Manager leads the development, tracking, and measurement of integrated marketing activities to gauge current success and inform future planning. Strategies must drive and support the School’s graduate enrollment goals of a qualified audience, increase awareness, and contribute to the overall success of the School. The Marketing Manager collaborates closely with the Director of Marketing, the communications team, enrollment management team, administration, and faculty to meet goals for assigned projects and portfolios.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business with minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing required. Direct marketing experience, including experience with developing marketing plans for enrollment marketing in an agency or marketing-related field is preferred. Previous higher education experience preferred. Demonstrated success in the development and implementation of marketing strategies. Flexible, creative thinker open to new ideas and changing priorities within a fast-paced organization. Strong project management skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think and act both analytically and strategically. Must have strong writing skills and proven ability to edit and proofread documents. Experience working with a marketing automation tool and customer relationship management system (CRM) a plus.
