What we’re looking for

WegoWise is seeking a new Email Marketing and Demand Generation Specialist to join our marketing team and help us reach new customers and markets.

You will apply your email marketing, demand generation, SEO, and paid marketing knowledge to help us grow awareness, nurture existing contacts, and ensure our sales team gets the best quality leads to work with. Our marketing team has a meaningful impact on the growth of our business, and also contributes to our mission of improving the environmental sustainability of buildings. This position reports to WegoWise’s Marketing Communications Manager.

Our ideal candidate

2-4 years of marketing experience (at least part of that in B2B) in email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics

Proficient with marketing automation and measurement technology (HubSpot/Marketo, Google Analytics, etc.)

Past experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization

Excellent writer and communicator (in both written and verbal form)

In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, and social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more)

Experience in a fast-paced startup environment where roles, markets, and processes are constantly evolving is a plus

What you’ll get to work on

Create and manage email lists and campaigns, including calls-to-action, forms, and emails

Craft landing pages and lead-gen forms for our content to distribute through relevant organic and paid programs

Segment lists based on behaviors, audience segment, etc.

Measure results and optimize the nurture tracks for these segments to convert leads to customers

Manage SEO for the company

Manage organic and paid search engine performance and goal-setting based on site impressions, clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions

Manage the strategy and execution of all paid marketing efforts

Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all campaigns

Collaborate with teammates on the Design, Development, Sales, and Client Management teams
