We have about 2.5 million leads, but I need to analyze the performance of one of our lists with about 8,000 leads. Specifically, we want to know on an aggregate level (not individual sends):
- how many opens weekly (defined as at least 3 opens in the past 2 months)
- how many opens monthly?
- how many opens quarterly
- how many opens with a big gap in between (say, 6 months)
I know that RCA could be useful for this. But can we use RCA only for this 8,000 leads? We have not installed custom fields in our 2.5 leads that will make it easy to do RCA.
So is there another Marketo analysis tool that I can use to surface this kind of data for only that 8,000 leads?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
