We are evaluating Terminus, YesPath and Metadata.io to run some ABM display campaigns. I was wondering if you have any experience with either of this platforms that you could share?
What did you choose?
And how is it working?
Just returning back from Summit and I am even more overwhelmed with the choices for ABM display. Throw in Demandbase and Kwanzoo in addition to the ones above and I'd be happy to know what everyone decides and what their results are. We are looking at Terminus now, but skeptical about the results.
I'm hoping more people join in on this thread so we can all learn from each other.
I've used Terminus. I haven't heard of the other two. When I asked Terminus how they determine the role of the person that they are targeting and where the display ads are being targeted they were quite tight lipped. If you find out anything, I would love to know. The "smart lists"/filters inside terminus are rather light. You can get around it by creating SFDC campaigns and sticking members in that campaign and then selecting member of SFDC campaign to run your ads against those. You can also select companies who have opportunities in the various stages and select which stage you want. There are also some very light demographic selections that aren't all that useful.
Marketo's own built-in ABM (coming later this year hopefully) also looked pretty good, from the brief snapshots they showed at Summit. Not the most robust features, but looked pretty simple to use and maybe will be able to leverage Lists and Smart Lists already in your Marketo instance.
I didn't hear anything in the product sessions about the Marketo ABM product doing display advertising. You could use the ABM product to create a specific smart list of people which are used by adbridge to push those individuals to Facebook/Linkedin for

Wanted to wait for some early results before updating... We went with Terminus. So far the engagement from our target accounts have indeed improved (we tripled website visits from our list on our site last 3 months vs previous 3 months).
