No there is none. Quite a few ideas to vote for:
- Salesforce Process Log and Error Log Access
- Access to SFDC sync logs
- Enable the Marketo user to create SFDC debug log to trouble shoot sync errors
- SFDC Sync Error
- Sync Error Audit
- Provide the sync status summary info for SFDC as well
There are workarounds like looking at the time created in SFDC vs. Created in Marketo.
If you were running a batch, you can check the Campaign Queue, although it's not always perfect.
