    How are others managing email distribution to staff?

      Our staff have User objects in Salesforce (not Contact Records). We wanted to sync these to Marketo but that functionality doesn't exist. We want it organized by dept. Our sales team is huge, and is growing rapidly. Static list imports would be a nightmare for maintenance. Sales, Marketing and executive management (at minimum) need to receive copies of all marketing emails. Looking for the most effecient way to do this.
