    Reporting on Transactional/Trigger Emails

      We're run into big problems getting accurate reporting on transactional (trigger) email campaigns. The open and click rates are incorrect as a result of the way that Marketo tracks this data. What are some solutions you've found as a work-around? Did you use a third-party analytics program (utilizing the SOAP API)? Did you move transactional email out of Marketo, etc.
