I am trying to roll out the Marketo Sales Insight Plug-In to our users. The first one to get it installed is running Outlook 2010 32-bit. Once installed and we started outlook, his system resources were immediately eaten up and outlook was completely unresponsive. We killed it in task manager and restarted and he did receive an error that the Marketo plug in had some serious issues and recommended it be disabled. When the plug in is disabled, outlook is responsive once again. When re-enabled, the issues resume.
Has anyone experienced this issue before and has solved it? It's difficult for me to troubleshoot this as I have Outlook 2013 on my computer and I none of the same issue.
