    Communication Limits

      Am I able to customize communication limits for a specific person? Let's say our communication limit is set up for 1 email per day, per 7 days, i want to be update a specific person's communication limit to unlimited. Is that possible? or is it only possible to customize communication limit at the smart campaign level by updating the qualification rules?

          Hi Erika,

           

          Communication limits are set only globally, in the admin, and will apply to every one in the database. Not, you can easily filter out someone from a smart campaign based on the number of emails that person was already sent for the past 24 hours or past 7 days. Just add a "Not Was Sent email" filter to you email program or smart campaign :
