I was wondering the same thing. I think I'll probably just email my account manager. He'd probably be the one to help initiate this or connect you to the right people.

Hey Salem -- I was able to get it turned on by contacting Marketo Support. Send them a request to turn on "Blackcat" in your instance. You shouldn't have any problems.
If Support won't turn it on, contact your account manager.
Just got off the phone with support. Apparently Blackcat is something that is enabled automatically on the back end and doesn't need to be requested, but the rep checked our instance for good measure and confirmed that it was enabled. There's really no way to confirm that, I guess, but there you go.
