Hi! We are still new to Marketo, but I'll bite!
On a daily basis, I am using Marketo to create and send monthly newsletters, manage ongoing Nurture campaigns, and send regular company updates (news, PR, product updates, etc.) to our database.
I am most interested in learning about Lead Scoring strategies, as well as strategies for true enterprise account-based marketing (not just customized/tokenized content, but true targeting--using lead scoring, based on company, job title, industry, etc. + lead source + website activity) So. Many. Questions. I would love to see examples of other group member's scoring logic. What works/what doesn't, etc.
In terms of integrations, I can happily share that I am launching my first Marketo-GoToWebinar integrated campaign today. Built-in integration + Marketo University doc = too easy not to do!!!
Congrats on becoming the Austin Marketo Group leader! I drive paid search for a mid-sized business using Kenshoo and I'm interested in learning how bid automation tools like Kenshoo can work with marketing automation tools to drive more targeted leads. More specifically, how:
- Lead scoring in marketo can be leveraged to drive keyword bids, understand what triggers could be leveraged, etc. I really like where Stacy is going with that in the comment above.
- Remarketing can be integrated with Marketo for existing database of prospects, website visitors and email
- How more efficient lead tracking can be set up on a keyword level using multi-touch attribution
Would love to hear more on these topics in the upcoming events. If anyone here has had experience in syncing paid search with Marketo, I'd love to hear from you and set up some time to meet as well.
My cohort sitting next to me who does our Demand Gen would love to learn more on this topic too! Are there University resources available on this topic to get us started? If there is enough interest at MUG, would Marketo offer us a video call with a trainer maybe?

1.Current Daily Use: We currently use Marketo for lead nurture campaigns. I specifically am looking to use Marketo to develop nurture campaigns to our current clients to help reduce churn/promote engagement.
