I understand this kind of activity data will be archived after 90 days. Does it mean the data is not retrievable? Or is it just taking longer time to pull since it's archived?
Hey Amanda, sometimes you'll be able to view data value changes or other activity on an individual's activity log after 90+ days, but you won't be able to query on it.
You can request to be opted out of Archiving if it's very important.

you cannot completely opt out of archiving however we will consider requests to change the archiving period on a case by case basis.
Dory Viscogliosi is correct in that you can still view these activities in the activity log of a lead, you just need to choose a custom filter:
which you can then set to look at archived data by choosing activity source:
This is helpful, but only on a one-by-one basis... It sounds like Amanda might be trying to build a smart campaign or smart list based on this information.
Yep I think you're right Dory Viscogliosi and as you correctly pointed out, this is not something she will be able to do, unless the period is extended.
Looking up a specific lead is fairly situational but always good to know
