Auto Convert Leads to Contacts and Choose Specific Opportunity Record Type

Is it possible to auto-convert a leads from Marketo to SFDC and create an opportunity that is a specific record type? We have two different pipelines. One for our software and one for our services and I will want to create opportunities specific to each of those depending on the type of lead.

 

It seems like it's not an option and that an opportunity will be created with the default opportunity record type in SFDC but I wanted to see if anyone had ideas on this.
