Hi Boston Marketo users! My name is Sam Watkinson I am the Email Marketing Manager over at VMTurbo a Boston based tech company in the Back Bay. As a marketing team we are reaching a point where we are trying to scale and match the demands from the sales team as well as our own initiatives. I am currently the only Marketo Admin and split my time between keeping the database afloat while pushing new email marketing projects through.
I was wondering if anyone has any experience or lessons in how to build or scale a MOPS team? I would love to spend more time building out our Marketo so we have full lifecycle visibility but as Im sure many of you know there are rarely enough hours in the day.
