                          As our Manager of Demand Generation, you’ll help define and execute the strategy that drives client acquisition and retention while collaborating with internal/external marketing partners and sales to provide your inbound marketing knowhow and best practices. Revenue is your goal and your curious and analytical nature fuels your continuous process of testing hypotheses and evaluating results. You’re always looking to raise your game and the game of your team. 

                           
           Responsibilities:

      Strategy

      •                          Assist the director and external agencies to plan and implement a demand generation program that maps a buyer’s journey through the funnel based on personas                          
        •                                    Work closely with other managers to determine necessary content, messaging and delivery methods
                            
      •                          Define a strategy to increase website traffic, page views and time spent per session                          
        •                                    Continually optimize conversions on our website by regularly testing hypotheses and evaluating results 
        •                                    Define how all properties interconnect to drive revenue
                            
      •                          Define lead nurture strategy and implement programs to further qualify leads
      •                          Define & implement ongoing retention & upsell strategy against existing clients
      •                          Work closely with other marketing managers, sales and account management to drive cross functional buy-in and define success metrics
      •                          Assist with any ad hoc marketing projects as needed

      Process

      •                          Align marketing, sales, and account management to ensure all marketing activities are driving ROI
      •                          Set agreed definition of qualified lead; define buyer personas and buyer journey
      •                          Define all processes for lead qualification, processing and alignment with sales
      •                          Define lead scoring and regularly evaluate and tweak through close relationship to sales
      •                          Work with content manager to build out templates for sales associated with driving leads through the funnel to “won” status
      •                          Work with sale and account management to ensure CRM compliance

                           

      Reporting & Forecasting

      •                          All reporting & forecasting for marketing generated revenue on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.  This includes reporting from the marketing automation, CRM system (as it applies to marketing), website and social properties

                           

                           
           Qualifications:
      •                          5-7 years in a marketing (prefer ad tech/B2B/agency) role with extensive experience operating Marketo – Marketo Certified preferred
      •                          Salesforce.com experience 
      •                          Website optimization and conversion experience
      •                          Proven analytical ability
      •                          Revenue-focused marketer with reporting and forecasting skills
      •                          An understanding of design and its effect on UX
      •                          Internally motivated to continually improve performance
