    Form fields to customize emails


      We have an event coming up on multiple days.  I have the form set up for the Lead to select they date they are attending.  How do I then find that information to trigger an event email reminder based on the date they RSVPd for?  The Filled Out Form trigger in a smart campaign doesn't have the option to Add a Constraint on the form field.  Do I need to have that field set a property in CRM on the Lead?  If so, how do I do that?
