One of my goals for 2016 is to tokenize all the things. We have already implemented tokens with our lead scoring and webinar programs, but want to take it a step further and make all standard email and landing page templates with token elements so that any of our Marketo users can create campaign assets easily and to ensure we remain consistent with our style guidelines.
Another goal is to create and implement standardized responsive email and landing page templates globally.
I'm excited about both of these items and know all the work will be worth it to have a more empowered global marketing team. And of course, giving our customers the best experience when they receive our digital communications is also a big motivator for getting these projects done.
And last, but not least, my third Marketo goal is to get re-certified. Hopefully that won't be too hard.
