      Position Summary:

      Billtrust is searching for a detail-oriented, technology-loving Marketing Operations Specialist to assist in the execution of key marketing programs particularly within email channels and online channels. Your title will be Marketing Operations Specialist but what you’ll really be a part of is a forward-thinking, collaborative marketing team with advancement opportunities.

       

      He/she would be comfortable using and learning new marketing technology including marketing automation and email marketing tools, CRM, Google Analytics, and Ad Words. The Marketing Operations Specialist will also execute Billtrust’s client advocacy program and understand SEO/SEM.

       

      Responsibilities:

       

      • Marketing Operations & Demand Generation
        • Build and execute email and nurture campaigns
        • Use technology to help drive demand generation including marketing automation (Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), and Google Analytics
        • Ability to report on success of campaigns, performance, and conversions
        • Work closely with the web team to build and maintain SEO and PPC initiatives
        • Be an evangelist for the continued adoption of technology across the marketing and sales team
      • Client Advocacy
        • Maintain client advocacy portal, Influitive, with the goal of increasing client referrals
        • Build a content schedule and post regularly to increase client engagement
        • Work across teams to develop engaging content for Billtrust clients

      Qualifications:

      • 1-2 years Marketing experience
      • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ad Words
      • Familiarity with marketing automation (preferably Marketo) and CRM (preferably Salesforce.com)
      • Strong writing skills
      • Highly organized multi-tasker with a sense of urgency in an environment focused on growth
      • Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or communications
