You can add/edit channels by clicking Admin in the top right, then click "Tags" in the menu on the left.
No, I think she means when she sets up a new Program
When you create a new Program, it should ask you which Channel Type you want. You need to Select Default, Email, Event
then it asks you which Channel, such as Online Advertisement, Webinar.
If you need to edit this, you can only do so for an Empty Program (no members) and no status flows. Just click on the CHannel Name on the Program Summary page.
