I am new to GoToWebinar and I am wondering why my program 'Event Settings' does not provide the option to identify a back-up page? Do I need to modify settings--if so, how?--or does GoToWebinar not offer this feature?
As per my knowledge it's Webex which provides backup page on your Marketo Event settings and GTW does not offers that features.
What is a webinar back-up page?
There are times when lead join webinar few minutes in advance, Webex offers option to create LP/ back-up page in Marketo and you can hook it up with your event partner settings at the time of syncing your Marketo event with Event Partner. So when lead clicks link to join webinar before it begins lands on backup page and as soon the webinar begins lead is auto directed to your webinar.
Whereas GTW does not offer to hook your backup page created in Marketo with Event partner settings, as it has its own builtin capability.
