    Director of Content Marketing & Demand Generation at Tubular Labs

      Tubular is seeking a Director of Content Marketing & Demand Generation to lead Tubular’s content marketing and demand generation efforts to help accelerate Tubular’s dramatic growth. You will be responsible for setting Tubular’s content marketing strategy, executing demand generation campaigns, and managing budgets to ensure ROI goals are met or exceeded. You will also be responsible for leading and growing a team of marketing professionals to help scale Tubular’s content marketing and demand generation efforts. From creating compelling content to generating qualified leads, our ideal candidate is an experienced content marketing and demand generation professional with a proven ability to create thought leadership and drive increased sales for the company.

       

      RESPONSIBILITIES:

        • Develop and drive Tubular’s content marketing strategy across all lines of business
        • Create a content calendar for the company and write original content across multiple platforms and formats including video, blogs, whitepapers, and webinars
        • Successfully lead a team of internal and external content marketers to ensure thought leadership and a steady flow of compelling content
        • Copy-edit and review content from your team members for style guidelines, brand consistency, and voice
        • Communicate content marketing strategy across the entire company and work with the executive team to ensure successful execution
        • Manage Tubular’s demand generation efforts across all lines of business and marketing channels including social, video, search, email, and display
        • Devise a unique and effective organic marketing strategy for the company
        • Execute profitable lead generation campaigns across all marketing channels and multiple partners
        • Closely monitor and analyze performance of all content marketing and demand generation activities and make and implement optimization recommendations on a regular basis
        • Regularly identify growth opportunities and areas for additional investment of time and money
        • Coordinate with partners and industry thought leaders to produce high-quality joint content programs

       

       

      REQUIREMENTS:

        • BA/BS degree from a top academic institution
        • 7+ years experience in content marketing and demand generation; B2B SaaS experience is a plus
        • Passion for creating world-class content to ensure thought leadership and strong business results
        • Exceptionally strong writing, proofing, and editing skills with a maniacal focus on details and accuracy
        • Highly organized with a knack for project and resource management
        • Results-oriented professional with a proven track record of getting stuff done and achieving ambitious goals
        • Extensive experience with setting up and managing successful demand generation campaigns across social, video, search, email, and display
        • Strong understanding of the online marketing funnel and steps required to move prospects from impression to lead
        • Power user of marketing automation software such as Marketo, Eloqua, and/or HubSpot
        • Top-notch quantitative and analytical skills with an ability to turn data into actionable insights
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external audiences
        • Proven leader with a demonstrated history of building and leading high-performing teams 
        • Desire to work in a dynamic start-up environment where your work is critical to the company’s long-term success
