Airbus Helicopters, Inc. Marketing Intern
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Department with a variety of marketing initiatives surrounding lead generation for commercial sales. The position reports directly to the Marketing Analyst.
Inbound/Outbound Marketing focus: Learn how to develop inbound and outbound marketing campaigns through the use of the Marketo marketing tool. Assist marketing team with generating prospect lists, content development, draft copy for email campaigns, stage various engagement campaigns, respond to sales leads resulting from campaigns, monitor campaign analytics (e.g. click through, engagement scores, new lead lists), and provide activity reports.
Customer Relationship Management focus: The marketing team has developed a pilot program using SalesForce CRM to provide visibility into their sales activity. This is an opportunity to learn how CRM works and help the marketing team make it useful and successful for the commercial sales team. Assist the marketing team in developing procedures for implementation and training and help monitor customer/prospect data for consistent reporting.
Candidates should be seeking a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, Public Relations, or Communications.
Initiative, energy and the willingness to learn are essential to being successful in this position. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, ability to quickly learn new software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Aviation industry knowledge a plus. Our internship is designed for individuals who are currently enrolled at an accredited college/university and who will be continuing their undergraduate studies in the fall.
