Some of the alerts for my forms are not being received, but marketo says it was sent. This happens occasionally, not all of the time. The emails are not in my spam folder. Help?
Have you whitelisted Marketo IP addresses on you spam system? What is your email provider?
Have you set the schedule tab to allow users to pass through the campaign every time? Sometimes they can only pass through once by default.
Candice, I would open a ticket with support. I have observed a similar behavior.
That would be the best course of action. Support has access to email logs and can tell you if the alert emails were either bounced/rejected or accepted by your email server.
I have recently talked about support about similar issues: when an email is filtered by the company spam filter (= it never show up into the user's inbox, not even in the spam folder), Marketo still marks the email as "delivered".
Maybe this is what happens with your alerts?
