      SMG’s Senior Manager, Lead Generation will own all aspects of lead generation and nurturing, collaborating closely with other senior marketing positions and the sales team. This highly visible position translates the overall brand/marketing strategy into all lead generation deliverables to build SMG’s marketing database and convert marketing leads into qualified sales opportunities.

      • Marketing Strategy: Work closely with strategy manager to understand marketing strategy for SMG and recommend programs to deliver lead generation goals
      • Marketing Systems Infrastructure: Responsible for the successful implementation, management and day-to-day operation of various marketing technology platforms (e.g. Marketo, Microsoft CRM, Analytics, and Dashboards).
      • Lead Creation and Nurture Program: Identify and implement opportunities to develop lead capture and nurture pathways, continuously monitoring and testing effectiveness.  Includes SEO/SEM strategy.
      • Sales Liaison: Work with Operations and Sales teams to ensure leads are correctly routed and followed up in a timely manner
      • Data Management and Quality: Marketing lead for cross-functional team responsible for CRM data integrity
      • Measurement and Analytics: Lead reporting processes and marketing dashboards for demand generation activities. Conduct ongoing analysis to uncover trends and gain insights
