Auction.com is looking for a Marketing Operations expert to manage our automation tools. This person will be an expert in marketing automation such as Marketo and Salesforce.com. Scope includes working across business departments and with multiple stakeholders. This individual will gather requirements and execute the campaign buildouts, landing pages, and tracking tools. A key primary objective will be to increase demand generation and tracking the influence on sales pipeline.
Knowledge and Skills:
Marketing Automation and CRM lead life-cycle management.
Marketo, Salesforce.com, and campaign management experience.
Experience building effective marketing programs.
Administration and point of contact for all Marketing Automation tools.
Demand Generation: Campaign creation and management, Website optimization, and marketing operations.
Contact Data Management and organization for clean and optimized campaigns.
Demand Generation and Campaign ROI Management.
Lead to Opportunity tracking and optimization: Lead Routing, Scoring, and lead funnel.
Comfortability analyzing the key causes of data integrity issues (accuracy, duplication and completeness), as well as drive the processes/systems that solve these issues and communicate them with confidence to the internal team.
Education & Experience
4+ years Marketing Automation experience.
4+ years in Marketing with proven cross-department/functional experience.
