As part of the Marketing organization, this role is responsible for driving revenue by maximizing lead generation velocity and quality.
- Building and improving repeatable, sustainable demand generation processes that scale with the business while providing transparency through reporting and communication.
- Leverage reporting and analytics to improve marketing demand generation efforts and day-to-day operations for new business in our supported countries and assure we are generating the right volume and quality of leads for our Global Digital Sales Team.
- Implement a roadmap with benchmarks to improve Mblox internal and external communication processes using Marketo.
- Implement lead scoring, demand generation operations, and overall marketing automation best practices
- BA/BS degree in a computer discipline, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years experience with marketing lead generation and marketing campaigns plus familiarity with Salesforce.com
- 2+ years experience using Marketo – Marketo Administrator Certification preferred.
- Practitioner administrator knowledge of Marketo including program and campaign management, user access and role management, configuration, management of lists and leads, lead scoring, email campaigns,
- Excellent written & verbal communications skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop working relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborate effectively.
- Proven ability to convey technical information and impact to the business in a logical and thoughtful manner.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work will in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.
