1. I'm receiving complaints that people are trying to create a CUSTOM VIEW for their best bets tab, but the VIEW NAME field is missing, so they can't save. I myself as a SFDC admin have no issues. Is this some kind of access issue?
2. We have multiple people working on the same account, but the way SFDC is set up there's only one account owner. This prevents others on the "team" from seeing best bets. Is there a setting in Salesforce I need to find in order to actually create a team arround an account?
