      This role is responsible for managing and continuing to develop the existing Mblox Salesforce implementation. The Mblox Saleforce CRM supports Lead management, Opportunity management, Onboarding and Reporting needs.  Salesforce functions as a full lead and customer database as well as a workflow and approvals management system. Salesforce supports teams in Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations. This position reports to the Global Infrastructure leader.
       
      Primary Responsibilities:
      • Work closely with the Global Sales Operations Manager to identify a long-term Salesforce Roadmap and benchmarks to improve Mblox business processes and Global operations standardization.
      • Ensure tool stability and functionality meets expectations.
      • Research, recommend and implement CRM-based solutions including 3rd party applications and enhancements.
      • Establish best practices for data management in conjunction with the Mblox data sources including data.com, Hoovers, and Linkedin.
      • Manage integration and data flow between Salesforce and marketing automation and reporting systems.
      • Set, validate and administer user security access rights and other platform administration functions.
      • Document Salesforce configurations for training and reporting to Mblox stakeholders.
      • Benchmark with other Salesforce users in/outside the messaging business to identify and implement best practices.
      Key Requirements:
      • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
      • 5+ years of experience within Salesforce.com administration and proficiency with administrator tasks like profiles, roles, layout, etc.
      • Experience with writing Apex classes and triggers plus developing Visual Force pages.
      • Familiarity with Saleforce technology partners and licensing structure.
      • Detail orientation with strong documentation skills.
      • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with multiple internal stakeholders.
      • Salesforce.com certification and database querying knowledge is preferred.
      • Familiarity with software development practices and change control also preferred.
