Marketing Automation Specialist (DFW)

One of our Enterprise and growing clients in the Dallas area is looking to add a Marketing Automation Specialist to their team permanently. This is a Direct hire position in the Dallas area. 

This position offers high visibility throughout the organization by working with every product they offer, international/global communications and marketing efforts as well as taking part in the design process. You will be working with highly valuable tools to directly impact the revenue of the company, including such tools like Knowledge Tree.

  • Need for someone to provide execution and creative ideas along with complex problem solving
  • Create, test and monitor marketing campaigns
  • Required experience with Salesforce as well as Marketo
  • 3-5 years of experience preferred
  • Lead generation
  • Understanding sales funnel
  • Manage data and workflows across multiple instances
  • Build, test and manage automated workflows within Marketo and, including: digital lead tracking, lead scoring, email blasts, triggered nurture campaigns, sales tasks and notifications, campaign activities, reports and dashboards
  • Create all campaign materials, including but not limited to: email content, sales scripts, sales playbooks and direct mail pieces – strong writing skills are required
  • Test and monitor ongoing workflows, including but not limited to: lead attribution, lead scoring, lead nurturing and sales alerts
  • Analyze and update lead, contact and account data in both Marketo and to improve outbound sales and marketing campaign efforts
  • Build KPI reports and dashboards – analyze and present the data in monthly executive leadership meetings
  • Manage outside vendor relationships
