So we have all MQLs reviewed by a human before it's kicked over to sales.
We have a marketo alert and trigger some SFDC changes like ownership. etc...
It looks like you can gather a lot from the marketo side, not to mention Design it in your brand standard or in a way the team acan make easy to read and actionable.
We're working on creating a concise and robust alert out of marketo right now, and it may be enough for sales to move on after a thumbs up and pass along.
