      What you’ll be doing…

      As Deluxe SBS’s Marketing Automation Manager, you’ll be responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and managing demand generation, nurture campaigns and general marketing support using Marketo.

      If you have 1-2+ years of campaign execution experience, strong knowledge of Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot or HubSpot and are technically analytical but highly creative, then this is a take-charge opportunity to apply for where you can make a huge difference in the growth of a fast, exciting company with a rich 100+ years of history.

       

      Your responsibilities include:

       

      Email Marketing – You’ll plan, design, and execute email lifecycle communications. You’ll have a deep understanding of how to segment the in-house database and general SMB market in order to execute end-to-end campaigns.

       

      Database Marketing – You’ll maintain the integrity and effectiveness of our database by cleaning, importing, and appending data. You’ll understand the best ways to segment and leverage this asset to provide more effective campaigns, better lead management, and stellar analytics.

       

      Marketing Automation – You’ll use Marketo to deliver timely and relevant emails. As well as turn its data into actionable tools for sales and executives. Provide training to new team members on how to use Marketo templates, etc.

       

      Lead Management – You’ll understand, enhance and manage the systems that qualify and score prospects from first touch (e.g., web forms) in SFDC all the way to Marketo. And vice-verse.

       

      Optimization – You’ll perform A/B and multivariate testing on landing pages and emails to optimize conversion-marketing efforts.

       

      Analytics – You’ll use tools like Optimizely, Google Analytics and CrazyEgg to analyze site, campaign, and email traffic, as well as build and maintain KPI and collaborate with the Analytics and Optimization

      team on closed loop marketing reports and dashboards.

       

      Marketing Best Practices – You’ll stay abreast of marketing best practices in all of the above topics and provide strategic input on how to incrementally improve each one.

       

      Cross Functional Teamwork – You’ll work with Product Marketing, Marketing, IT, and Sales to deploy effective campaigns

      Skills and Qualifications Required/Desired:

      BS/BA, ideally in a technical or business field, such as, marketing with strong analytical skills is preferred.

       

      1-2 years professional experience with CRM, automation software, email marketing, and/or relational databases – Marketo highly preferred. Marketo certification (e.g., MCE) or and/or prior marketing operations experience working in a B2B tech or SaaS environment is big plus.

       

      Experience writing, designing, sending, testing and optimizing emails and other campaigns.

       

      Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally in highly agile environment.

       

      Meticulous, detail-oriented, easy-going and capable of handling a high volume of work

       

      Demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative Results oriented, outstanding attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

       

      Project Management experience is a big plus

       

      Basic HTML and CSS preferred. CMS experiences with tools like Drupal are a big plus

       

      Experience with Photoshop and the Adobe creative suite is a big plus

       

      Successful applicants will be asked to show proof that they can legally work in the US. Relocation not included.
