      BloomReach is looking for a Marketing Automation / Demand Gen pro who is interested in helping us grow.  The ideal candidate would be both analytical and creative, with at least a few years of marketing experience (with a strong emphasis on marketing operations, demand generation, pipeline building, lead lifecycle and nurturing programs).  He/she would be comfortable using marketing automation and CRM tools to drive business goals (ex. Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics).  A mix of substance and style, the candidate would be someone who can think deeply and comprehensively about marketing technology and apply it with savvy.

       

      Responsibilities:

      Marketing Automation/Demand Generation (Marketo) (40%)

      • Create and optimize lead-gen/marketing campaigns using Marketo
      • Work to improve email marketing, lead nurturing, lead scoring, segmentation
      • Continually vet new sources of names/leads and other demand gen programs
      • Track and analyze marketing campaigns.  Measure and improve ROI to help influence marketing spend. Create and publish monthly marketing dashboard
      • Use best-of-breed technologies (Salesforce, Marketo, Leadspace, Datanyze, Selligy) to help drive revenue -- understand users’ needs and business goals, then use these technologies to accelerate

      Marketing Ops / Sales Ops / CRM (Salesforce) (40%)

      • Be an evangelist for the continued adoption and meaningful use of Salesforce across teams
      • Act as the lead salesforce.com administrator.  Provision and deprovision users.  Establish permissions and roles.  Configure screens, workflows, reports and dashboards for sales, operations, marketing and finance
      • Continually improve dashboards to better support the management of teams

      Process Improvement/Training (20%)

      • Find ways to make marketing and sales run better, then be an advocate for change
      • Train people within Marketing/Sales/Account Management on Salesforce
      • Work across teams to develop new best practices and evangelize them

      Requirements:

      • BA/BS degree or equivalent
      • 3+ years of marketing experience, 1+ year of marketing automation/CRM
      • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
      • Highly organized
      • Personable
      • Wide ranging knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo and other marketing technologies
