    Repeatedly Asked to Authorize Device

      Hello.

      I have several new team members having this same issue -- they are asked to re-authorize their devices on almost a daily basis. This happens when they are on the same computer they used the day before, and on the same network.

       

      We manage multiple instances of Marketo, and having to reauthorize on such a regular basis really hinders my team's ability to get their work done. It seems those of us more tenured members do not have this issue so it is difficult to troubleshoot -- we've tried changing the security permissions on their browsers, etc.

       

      Anyone else run into the same issue and find a solution?
