Custom object or lead info for about 10K records

Hi!

I want to update my custom object or lead info for about 10K records every 4 hours is that possible

or is there any ways to achieve that?

our system -> marketo custom object

Did you check developers.marketo.com or speak with support?

My understanding is the sync would be every 5 minutes, but they might be able to control the timing.
