Does anyone know how to change the email address on my community profile? For some reason it isn't pulling the correct email address and it seems like a locked field.... The email address doesn't work anymore so I need to change it.
Adrian - good question. Your Marketo instance profile/account is linked to your Community account and the email has been setup assigned based on your Marketo account profile. The only way that you can change the email is to either have the admin make the changes to your account profile with the updated and correct email address in your Marketo instance. Or you can update your profile in your Marketo instance and this is then pulled and updated to the community site as well. Hope this helps.
That's what I had presumed. I have the correct email address in Marketo but it did not pull through to the community, it only pulled through my old email address from 9 months ago... I'll see if Marketo support can fix it.
