You can create a Lead Performance report whose smart list has an Opened Email filter where you specify all of the emails you want to track, during whichever period and the number of opens. If you want to require that separate emails are opened, rather than just one that was opened multiple times, add multiple Opened Email filters for each email.
You can do the same technique with your lead scoring smart campaign.
Not sure what you mean about automating the cadence across campaigns.

Change Score +10
