After talking to MKTO support, I was informed that MKTO doesn't have access to the SFDC Task Type field picklist because it doesn't exist on a lead record. Has anybody else come across this problem on not being able to distinguish task types in MKTO?
I know the default task type is email when you create a SFDC task in MTKO, but I'd like to be able to use others and filter by others in MKTO Flow Steps.
I have come across it a couple of times but haven't figured out a work-around except to include the Task type in the Subject line of the Task. You might be able to create a Workflow rule based on unique values in the Subject line but I'm not sure.
