I don't quite understand what you're saying the content/message of the email is that wouldn't change.
However, I can say that in engagement programs, you cannot receive the same piece of content more than once.
I would set this up as a normal batch campaign and schedule it on a weekly basis... in the schedule tab you can set that.
You could set up an analytics report, subscribe all the sales members, and have it scheduled to send out every week. This would send them a graph of numbers and an attached excel spreadsheet.
As Kim said with an engagement program leads (the sales reps) would only receive the email once. Those are the rules.
As Jessica pointed out, you can subscribe people to a report. I wouldn't set this up as a program.
But if you wanted, you can use something like Operational to setup what you need so that this activity is not reported into ROI.
Its a custom html mail we need to sent, so cant use the reports.
@Kim P, Thanks, I will just use a default campaign and the scheduler for the weekly mails :)
Cool - just make sure in the scheduler you make it so they can run through each time :)
