To set a lead score to a specfic value, you would set up the following flow step:
Change Lead Score | Score Name is Lead Score | Change =0
Consider using some smart lists and set as appropriate. For those who are actually Null, this will actually set them as "0" - subtle but the difference between no scoring and a reset score.
And if you applied any negative scoring, you may want to let that ride.
We went with a simple batch campaign with a smart list selecting all leads created since our MKTO instance origin date. The flow was simple as could be with a 'Data Value Change' selected to change 'Lead Scoring' to null.
