You can pull smart lists based on those criteria. The question is what else do you want to view and how?
You may find SFDC or RCE work better for what you want.
I want to see how different sets of our customer base interact. Segment A typically has an open rate, registration rate, etc. on these numers, where as Segment B has a different open rate and registration rate etc.
Would creating specific tags for this help? I know you can add those in the reports, but you can't add a smart list.
