      Marketing Manager: Demand Generation, Solarflare, Irvine, CA
       
      The demand generation marketing manager will direct all demand generation campaigns with a focus on creating, executing, and tracking the success of marketing activities and events using marketing automation tools. The main objectives of the job are 1) to generate an incremental pipeline for existing and new products through a combination of messaging, campaigns, events and other platforms and channels to influence the market and capture qualified prospects. 2) to generate, nurture and further qualify leads that are sales-ready
       
      Responsibilities
      • Create and develop integrated lead generation and lead nurture programs that deliver qualified leads to the sales CRM pipeline
      • Develop the campaigns, execution steps, and content requirements, reporting templates, and supporting systems management
      • Develop and track metrics (aka key performance indicators or KPIs) to measure the success of the programs
      • Work collaboratively with inside sales and channel marketing to hand off warm, nurtured leads to the worldwide sales  teams
      • Use marketing automation (e.g. Marketo) to develop, implement, track and optimize the company’s marketing campaigns across all platforms and channels.  Platforms and channels for customer touch points include the Solarflare web site, tradeshows, customer events, email, webinars, social media, and search engine marketing, etc.
       
      Requirements
      • 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, product marketing, channel marketing
      • Demonstrated experience using the Marketo marketing automation system to manage lead generation campaigns. Marketo certification highly desired, if not required
      • Demonstrated experience leading and managing marketing database, email, event marketing, social media campaigns
      • Go-to-market development plan capabilities –including successful launch planning, positioning, and execution
      • Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally with sales and marketing
      • Strong analytical/quantitative skills and data-driven decision making
      • Excellent written and oral communications skills
      • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
       
      Academic qualifications
      Bachelor’s Degree required. Marketo Certified Expert
