Are you getting any sort of error message? Will it not approve the email program, or it approves and doesn't send at the time you gave?
No error message was given. The email was approved. All four boxes show green check marks. It just never sent out the email blast.
In the results tab from the send campaign, you should be able to see why the email wasn't sent to people. Maybe they've reached a communication limit for the day or the week?
Check to make sure you're not trying to send samples with a token in the "send from" email. Or "from name" That will give you issues.
Also check to make sure you're not black listed :)
