      Rapid7 is seeking a skilled and energetic Marketing Operations Manager to manage Rapid7’s global marketing automation, data quality, lead scoring/nurturing efforts. Our ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver ensuring data quality, systems integration efficiency, and seeks consistent, high-quality lead flow to drive the success of our Marketing teams’ programs such as events, webcasts, field campaigns, nurturing programs and lead scoring.  We are looking for an avid learner, driven to test and improve – a connoisseur of best practices and the buyer funnel – someone who is consistently looking ahead to improve our information architecture and processes scale.  Our Marketing Operations Manager is someone who love metrics and exploring the ROI of new technologies and process changes.

       
      Job Responsibilities:
      • Primary owner of the Marketo marketing automation platform – act as Marketo ‘power user’ managing system integration with Netsuite CRM
      • Innovating lead nurturing strategies and programs
      • Runs Lead Scoring program, working closely with global Sales teams
      • Continuously refine the scoring model based off of buying cycles, personas, and sales feedback
      • Manage, enhance and optimize our lead management process in Netsuite and Marketo, ensuring timely distribution of Marketing Qualified leads weekly to global sales force
      • Manage Marketing Operations Specialist responsible for budget management, global marketing calendar, and lead process management
      • Manage lead assignment and delivery – work with business development team to develop agreed upon SLA’s to ensure lead follow up and conversion
      • Maintain global database health, including data acquisition, cleanliness & completeness within Marketo, Netsuite and other third-party data providers
      • Provide ongoing metrics in support of marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI
      • Align with Rapid7’s Business Intelligence team to understand and drive performance across the entire buy cycle
      • Manage and provide insights for global contact strategy and segmentation for database
      • Drive testing strategies for nurturing and campaign programs in Marketo 
      Job Qualifications:
      • 5+  years in a Marketing Operations or Demand Generation role
      • Experience with marketing automation tools, (Marketo, Eloqua) and CRM systems (Netsuite, Salesforce.com)
      • Experience in creating and designing lead nurturing and lead scoring models
      • Experience with marketing analytics and reporting
      • Team and customer oriented.  Understands the big picture of the funnel, buyer processes and sales/marketing integration
      • Dependable, detail-oriented, well organized and naturally inquisitive
      Job Plusses:
      • Experience with international data cleansing, augmentation and privacy regulations
      • HTML/Web programming experience
